Everyone loves to eat! Food gives our bodies energy. It helps keep us alive. Food comes in many different forms. To stay healthy, you should eat different kinds of food.
Each kind of food helps our bodies in a different way. There are several basic food groups. You should eat some food from each group.FOOD GROUPS:
One food group is protein. Protein helps us build strong muscles. We get protein from meat, fish, eggs. Some beans and nuts give us protein, too.
You should eat at last three protein foods everyday.
